Petrochemical Products

DEP has  been constantly exporting all major products in following fields to many countries.

It has become one of the reliable International Trading companies as Exporter and Importer dealing with different commodities in large volumes and build great trust relationship with all of its valuable buyers.

Scope of Activity

The scope of our core business mainly covers the purchase and sale of Chemicals and Aromatics, Polymers, LPG and Fertilizers.

DEP’s principal activities are focused on international trade in petrochemical products which can be described as follows:

  • Supplying petrochemical products required by the customers all around the world

Polymer

Polymers are substances containing a large number of smaller, identical molecules (called monomers) linked together. These substances often form into a chain-like structure. Polymers have extremely high molecular weights and the chains may differ from one another in their molecular weights.

Today, the polymer industry has grown to be larger than the aluminum, copper and steel industries combined.

Polymers already have a wide range of applications that far exceeds that of any other class of material available. Current applications extend from adhesives, coatings, foams, and packaging materials to textile and industrial fibers, composites, electronic devices, biomedical devices, optical devices, and precursors for many newly developed high-tech ceramics.

Polyethylene LDPE is defined by a density range of 0.910–0.940 g/cm3. LDPE has a high degree of short and long chain branching.

HDPE is defined by a density of greater or equal to 0.941 g/cm3. has low degree of branching and thus stronger intermolecular forces and tensile strength.- LDPE film blow molding

High Density Polyethylene

Representing the largest portion of the polyethylene applications, HDPE offers excellent impact resistance, light weight, low

moisture absorption, and high tensile strength. HDPE is also non-toxic and non-staining and meets FDA and USDA certification for food processing.

Sheet, Rod, Flexible Tube, Welding Rod, Cutting Board, Perforated Sheet

Low density Polyethylene

LDPE exhibits some of the same properties as high density polyethylene. The main difference between low density and high density polyethylene is low density’s flexibility. The main application for LDPE sheet is prosthetic devices. Most of these are either drape formed or vacuum formed.

Overview

Polystyrene materials are available with a wide range of properties. They have low specific gravity, good dimensional stability and outstanding electrical. Addition of glass increases polystyrene’s strength, rigidity, dimensional stability and impact resistance.

Tensile strength is increased to 12,000 psi with a 40% glass loading. Flexural strength is increased to 19,000 psi and heat deflection temperature is raised to 210 degrees F (99 degrees C). This enables low cost styrene to be acceptable for high load applications not possible with non-reinforced resin.

PVC

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is one of the most used plastics in the world. Global polyvinyl chloride use exceeds 35 million tonnes per year, and the demand is growing. At a global level, PVC use grows by an average of 5% per year, with higher growth rates in developing countries.

In EU-28, about 8 million tonnes of PVC products are manufactured every year. Annual European consumption of PVC resin totals 6.5 million tonnes – 15% of all plastics used in Europe

Due to its exceptional versatility, PVC is found in an endless array of products that, in one

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)
This material is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. Usual compositions are about half styrene with the balance divided between butadiene and acrylonitrile. Considerable variation is, of course, possible resulting in many different grades of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene with a wide range of features and applications. In addition, many blends with other materials such as polyvinylchloride, polycarbonates and polysulfones have been developed.

Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene materials can be processed by any of the standard thermoplastic processing methods.

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) polymer was first discovered during World War II when its basis, SBR, was used for alternatives to rubber. Commercially acrylonitrile butadiene styrene polymers first became available in the early 1950s in an attempt to obtain the best properties of both polystyrene and styrene acrylonitrile.

Bitumen

Bitumen is primarily used to pave roads. It is a brown or black mixture of hydrocarbons, which is derived from petroleum. The consistency of bitumen varies from viscous to solid, and in its solid form, it is commonly known as asphalt.

Bitumen is a crucial component of asphalt – the most widely used material for constructing and maintaining roads in the world. There are over 4,000 hot mix asphalt plants in Europe alone, producing some 300 million tonnes of asphalt per year. Asphalt is typically a mixture of approximately 95% aggregate particles and sand, and 5% bitumen, which acts as the binder, or glue. The viscous nature of the bitumen allows the asphalt to sustain significant flexibility, creating a very durable surface material. There are many different types of asphalt, each with its own combination of different amounts and type of bituminous binder and mineral aggregate, and each type of asphalt has performance characteristics appropriate for specific applications. Thus,  for  each  application  there  is  a  suitable  asphalt  mixture available. Asphalt is totally recyclable and recycling has increased significantly in recent years. Quantities recycled directly back into road surfaces vary from country to country, but can be as high as 70%.  Asphalt  is  routinely  milled  and  re-laid  along  with  fresh materials, saving money and preserving non-renewable natural resources. Bitumen’s  waterproofing  properties,  durability  and  resistance  to heavy loads are also used in numerous other specialty applications, and are applied in bridge decks, reservoirs, canals and tunnels, industrial and floating floorings, roof top car parks, hydraulic construction and pipe coating. Bitumen’s waterproofing properties, durability and resistance to heavy loads are applied in industrial and floating floorings, roof top car parks, hydraulic construction and pipe coating. Where strength and weatherproofing are essential requirements, bitumen is a prime contributor to the performance of a vast range of final products. Bitumen membranes are also extensively used as

Performance Grade (PG)

PG is the latest standard of the day. This relatively new method classified bitumen is based on varying temperatures. It is a fully scientific method studying the mechanical specifications of bitumen. In this method, a temperature range is defined for bitumen and the consumer can easily choose the desired product.

Having installed SHRP systems, Our principal is capable of selling bitumen to its customers based on PG method.

Today, a PG is defined for polymer modified bitumen and pure bitumen based on environmental conditions and temperature. A wider PG range means higher resistance and more favorable specifications. Our principal  has the capacity to produce all these grades.

Based on the above, we maintain long-standing relationship with the world leading manufacturers. Therefore, whatever requirement of chemicals, petrochemicals and oil products a customer may have, RV is positioned to meet them.

With a group of expertise staff, RV is able to provide professional service covering international sales and purchasing.
